WIOA includes core programs such as:

1. Adult, Dislocated and Youth formula programs administered by the US Department of Labor;
2. the Adult Education and Literacy program administered by the Department of Education (ED);
3. Wagner Peyser Employment Service administered by USDOL; and
4. programs under the Rehabilitation Act that provide services to individuals with disabilities administered by ED.
