WIOA Joint Final Rule
The Joint Final Rule has been issued jointly by the US Departments of Education and Labor. The Joint Final Rule clarifies requirements established under WIOA for:
- state plans (20 CFR Part 676)
- performance accountability (20CFR Part 677)
- one-stop delivery systems (20 CFR Part 678)
WIOA Labor - only Final Rule
The Labor - only Final Rule has been issued by the US Department of Labor. The Labor-only Final rule clarifies requirements established under WIOA Title I for:
- statewide and local governance of state workforce development systems
