WIA State Plan The Nebraska Workforce Investment Plan, as modified, for Program Year 2011 (July 1, 2011 through June 30, 2012) was approved on June 23, 2011. However, the reduction to five percent in the WIA allotment for Program Year 2011 Governor's Reserve funds restricts the state's ability to effectively fund and carry out all of the required statewide workforce investment activities. Nebraska is planning to submit the three waiver requests below. If you have questions or comments regarding these waivers, please contact Jan Fox, Policy Coordinator, Office of Employment and Training, Nebraska Department of Labor, 550 South 16th Street, Lincoln, NE 68509 or phone (402) 471-1932 or email at jan.fox@nebraska.gov.
