The Omni Customer Contact Center, proud recipient of the 2012 J.D. Powers Award for Customer Satisfaction, is responsible for booking business and leisure room reservations. We offer competitive rates of pay and incentives, rate differential after 5:00pm and on weekends, health benefits after 90 days of employment, paid holidays, hotel discounts, and much more!
Currently we are recruiting for the position of Reservation Sales Associate. This role is responsible for booking room reservations, changes, and cancellations. Verify room availability and room types. Assist guests with inquiries and information regarding Omni properties. Follow sales techniques to maximize revenue.
The ideal candidates for this position will have previous customer service experience to include computer skills. Must have the ability to sit for extended periods of time and communicate effectively over the phone. Flexibility with schedule required to include weekends and holidays.
Next three week training class begins on October 29, 2012, Monday – Friday from 9:00am – 5:00pm.
