The purpose of this program is to assist employees to quickly transition from one employment opportunity to the next. Rapid Response Orientations are designed as informational presentations to the employees. Rapid Response is often an employee’s first opportunity to learn about reemployment, training opportunities, and unemployment insurance programs.
Trade Adjustment Assistance was designed to help workers become reemployed when jobs are lost due to foreign trade.
